February is National Veterinary Dental Health Month!
We would like to extend to you all a 10% savings on all dental cleaning services and products from January 1st - March 28th! Feel free to give us a call with any questions or to schedule a dental cleaning for your pet! Space is limited!
In regards to COVID-19 and VHA:
Until further notice, we are implementing "Curb Side" service for your convenience and safety.
We ask that all clients please call the office at (803)613-9123 from your vehicle for us to check you in for appointments, drop offs or for in-house medication and food purchases. We will also have a staff member working as a "Greeter" to help assist with the check in/out process.
We are also able to take card payments over the phone so those of you who prefer to stay in your vehicles will be able to do so. (Please keep in mind, we have a limited number of phone lines and staff available to answer calls. Your patience is appreciated!)
CURRENT APPOINTMENT POLICY:
We are allowing 1 (one) client per family to come inside for your pet's appointments, as long as, you can provide your own face mask. We are still using our "Curb Side" check in protocols (See Above), but an assistant will come to your vehicle and escort you to a freshly cleaned exam room for your appointments if you wish to be present for your pet's examination.
In the interest of keeping you as informed as possible, we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of you and your pets during this time. For now, we are open as per usual until further notice since we know that your pets get sick and need our care even in uncertain times!
We are making an increased effort to keep our hospital as clean and germ free as possible. Our standard routine has always been to wipe down exam rooms after every patient and daily sweeping/moping/sanitizing of our reception areas. We have increased both the frequency and thoroughness of all cleaning protocols. In addition, our staff is continuing to be compliant with known medical standard practices for hand washing and preventing illness spread by staying home when we aren't feeling well.
Since COVID-19 has been diagnosed in our area, we are encouraging clients to be mindful of their own health and well being, as well as, ours. As mentioned before, we are still seeing appointments during our normal hours, but would greatly appreciate clients that have been travelling recently, or are not feeling well or those that have been around other that are not feeling well to use their discretion before coming in. We will be happy to reschedule any appointments or boarding as needed and appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times!
